1. Valid passport (international or domestic) or national ID card of each director and owner.
2. Tax Identification Number (TIN/PIN).
3. Proof of address – copy of a utility bill or bank statement showing your current address.
4. Notarized sale-purchase agreement for company shares.
5. Notarized specimen signature of the new company director/s.
6. Active email address and phone number for bank registration purposes.
7. Payment confirmation for the package purchase.
